The best way is to fill out the Info Form and email it back to us. Another way is to contact us by e-mail or phone. Shortly after we receive your travel plan request, we will email you a free travel plan and an estimate of your transportation and accommodation costs.

What services will I get when I order a travel package?

We will provide you with an organized travel plan with a detailed list of daily programs and activities. We will make all your hotel reservations. We will give you useful area and weather information. We will provide you electronic maps for your trip or we can purchase paper maps for you for a slight charge. If you prefer, we can take care of advanced reservations or ticket purchases for any of your activities. We can make your rental car reservations and look for airline tickets for you. You can contact us during your trip if you need help with an important issue.

What is the first step for planning my trip?

It is very important to have your visa (if needed) as well as airline tickets well before your actual trip. That will allow you to travel during the planned period of time.

If I need a visa for my travel who will get it?

It is your responsibility. You have to get one before we plan your international travel.

Can you find air tickets for me?

Yes, we can find you the best deals for domestic flights in America. We can also find your international air tickets too, but they are probably cheaper if purchased in your own country.

What is the best solution for rent a car?

You have two possibilities: we can look for a car for you or try to buy a package: that includes air tickets and the car rental together.

What kind of documents do I provide for rent a car?

You need a valid driver license: (Canadian, American or International) and a credit card with Visa or Master card logo; both have to be in the name of the renter. If you come from a foreign country you have to present your passport. if your credit card doesn't cover insurance for car rental, you have to purchase: Collision Damage Waiver, Liability and Personal Accident Insurance for the period of car rental.

Do I need travel insurance?

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Anything can happen during your travel and healthcare is  very expensive in a foreign country.

How do I pay for my trip?

You can wire transfer or send a money order for the amount of your travel plan estimate. Presently, we can't accept credit card payments. When your reservations are completed, we will send you a detailed statement and refund any unused funds. It is very important that we receive your payment shortly after you get your travel plan estimate, so that we can keep your reservation prices low. During vacation season, hotel rooms fill up fast.

What happens if I have to cancel my vacation?

Any refunds available for advance reservations will be returned to you (depends upon cancellation policies of the business). Our commission for planning your trip is non-refundable.
